Mr. Bagó is founder and managing director of Mark Ventures, with a part-time dedication to our company. One of the most successful Argentinean-born businesspersons of his time, he is the President of Bagó Laboratorios, Victoria Insurances, and Química Montpellier, a chemical products company. Bagó Laboratorios has consolidated annual revenues of more than USD500MM, employs over 5,000 people and has local presence in 19 Latin American countries, Russia and Sri Lanka, exporting its products to more than 40 countries around the world. Mr. Bagó obtained a business administration degree with honors from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA). He founded the “Fundación Empresa Global�, an organization that helps small and medium enterprises develop into larger and successful businesses. He was distinguished in 1992 as the “Entrepreneur of the Year� by the Argentinean Entrepreneurial Association, is an Officier de la Legión d’ Honneur –Republique Francaise–, and former professor of the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA).
